Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions act both to protect your consumer rights and those of Laval Garden Furniture as a company. Please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully. By placing an order through the website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety, you must not order any product through the website.
We have taken reasonable steps to ensure that all products have been fairly described and offered to you at a fair price inclusive of VAT. However, when ordering products through the website, please note that:

1. PAYMENT TERMS
Deposits are non-refundable.
Payment in full is required for all items.
The price listed does not include delivery.
All prices are displayed in Euros inclusive of VAT.
Time sensitive offers are valid once payment is confirmed.
During the secure checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details. All fields indicated as compulsory (*) must be completed. All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer and we take payment when we accept your order shortly before dispatch. For your peace of mind, the site uses a secure hosting service that implements secure technology to protect your credit card information.
The goods remain the property of Laval Garden Furniture until full payment has been received.

2. CHANGING ORDERS
In the unlikely event that your order is unavailable, you will be notified by us.

3. DELIVERY
Delivery costs should be confirmed by contacting us directly.
Delivery can be expected within 7-30 days (in most cases).
Payment in full is required prior to delivery and installation

4. THE GOODS DESCRIPTION
The dimensions of our furniture descriptions are an approximation only
You, the customer, are responsible for ensuring that the size and colour of the furniture you choose is suitable for the area intended. Laval Garden Furniture will not be held responsible for goods that do not fit and as a result, will not accept return of goods on this basis.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) you have ordered are not available and offer a refund or an offer on an alternative product at the same cost to us. The alternative product must be the same price as the cancelled goods.

5. RISK & TITLE
The risk to the goods shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to your entrance door at the agreed address. The title of the goods shall not pass from Laval Garden Furniture until the price of the goods and services ordered by the customer from Laval Garden Furniture is paid in full.
Laval Garden Furniture will comply with its data controller’s obligations in respect of contact details provided and the lawful processing thereof, having regard to the obligations imposed by the Data Protection Act 1998.

6. DISCLAIMER
Orders will be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.
We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
