However, when ordering products through the website, please note that: 1. PAYMENT TERMS Deposits are non-refundable. Payment in full is required for all items. The price listed does not include delivery. All prices are displayed in Euros inclusive of VAT. Time sensitive offers are valid once payment is confirmed. THE GOODS DESCRIPTION The dimensions of our furniture descriptions are an approximation only You, the customer, are responsible for ensuring that the size and colour of the furniture you choose is suitable for the area intended. Laval Garden Furniture will not be held responsible for goods that do not fit and as a result, will not accept return of goods on this basis. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) you have ordered are not available and offer a refund or an offer on an alternative product at the same cost to us. The alternative product must be the same price as the cancelled goods. 5. RISK & TITLE The risk to the goods shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to your entrance door at the agreed address. The title of the goods shall not pass from Laval Garden Furniture until the price of the goods and services ordered by the customer from Laval Garden Furniture is paid in full. Laval Garden Furniture will comply with its data controller’s obligations in respect of contact details provided and the lawful processing thereof, having regard to the obligations imposed by the Data Protection Act 1998. 6. DISCLAIMER Orders will be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.
